AI Agent Power User

In short

micro1 is looking for AI Agent Power Users to help train AI systems for a leading enterprise customer. You do not need prior AI experience: your knowledge of how work gets done in a business is what counts. This role may suit you if you have spent years using technology to solve everyday work problems.

What you will do

• Test realistic, multi-step work scenarios with AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Record every step and note where the AI's answers fit real business needs and where they fall short.
• Score AI outputs against given rubrics, looking at quality, completeness and relevance.
• Write clear, useful feedback for the AI research and product teams.
• Spot repeated patterns in how the AI behaves and suggest ways to improve its work.

What you need to apply

• At least 5 years of professional experience using technology to solve operational problems, in any business field.
• Daily hands-on use of ChatGPT and/or Claude for real work, not just testing.
• Excellent written English for clear, practical documentation and feedback.
• A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, in any subject.
• Experience grading, applying or creating evaluation rubrics or QA scorecards is a strong plus.

This freelance remote role is open to residents of the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Pay is 30 to 90 USD per hour.
