Do you want to test and improve AI models like Gemini while working full time? As an AI Quality Analyst at Turing, you will evaluate personalized AI responses in Chinese. You can work from anywhere and earn $15 per hour on a 3-month contract.

What you will do

• Design and execute multi-turn conversational prompts using personal experiences
• Analyze model responses for grounding issues and flawed inferences
• Evaluate and stack-rank two model responses side-by-side for helpfulness
• Write clear rationales for model comparisons and verify debug info
• Maintain strict data hygiene by deleting evaluation conversations

What you need to apply

• High proficiency in reading and writing Chinese
• Experience in designing creative multi-turn prompts based on personal context
• Strong evaluation acumen for personalization concepts and model responses
• BS or BA degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Availability of at least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week
