In short

This is a full-time remote project of about 3 weeks with Turing, an AI company. You would read chats between people and AI models about everyday life problems, such as relationships or work choices, and check whether the AI asked enough questions before giving advice. It suits people with a master's degree and psychologist credentials who have worked with clients for at least 3 years.

What you will do

  • Read AI conversations about real-life problems between people and AI models.
  • Spot missing information and suggest useful follow-up questions.
  • Judge whether extra details would have changed the AI's advice.
  • Separate key information from details that do not matter.
  • Write up your findings using structured guidelines and work with research teams.

What you need to apply

  • A master's degree and psychologist credentials.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in a related field such as social work, counseling, coaching, mediation or qualitative research.
  • Helpful: experience asking clients for missing details when they give incomplete information.

Who can apply

You may apply if you live in Latin America, Europe, South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East or North Africa.

My tip

We suggest you prepare a short example of a time you asked for missing details in a client conversation, since this experience is listed as preferred and can make your application stand out.
