What you will do
- Spot-check Filipino and Tagalog content and review trainer and QA output
- Communicate project updates and guidelines to team members on Discord
- Run onboarding and training calls for trainers and QAs
- Create and maintain project documentation like style guides and trackers
- Provide clear feedback and manage the activation of inactive contributors
What you need to apply
- Native or near-native Filipino/Tagalog proficiency and strong English skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Filipino, Tagalog, Linguistics, Translation, or Communications
- Familiarity with remote tools like Discord, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
