Financial Expert

In short

micro1 is looking for Financial Experts to help test and improve AI agents that handle money and business tasks. You do not need any AI background, because your finance knowledge is what counts. The pay is 30 to 40 USD per hour on a freelance contract, so it may suit people with real finance experience who want flexible remote work.

What you will do

• Write realistic, multi-step finance and business questions based on how real companies work.
• Create clear, objective scoring guides to judge how accurate and complete AI answers are.
• Review AI agent answers with your guides and write specific, useful feedback.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook to design and check tasks.
• Document your reviews clearly and precisely in written English, aligning with project coordinators through asynchronous communication.

What you need to apply

• A professional background in finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, consulting or a related field.
• Strong skills in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to explain complex financial ideas simply.
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines consistently. Experience with rubric development, data annotation or AI model evaluation is a plus.
