In short

Turing is looking for a full-time Project Lead for AI Training who can work fully remote. You would run large AI data projects from start to finish, while guiding clients, teams, quality, deadlines and budgets. It may suit you if you have led teams for years and enjoy making quick decisions when time is short.

What you will do

  • Plan the scope, people, deadlines and budget of large AI data labeling projects.
  • Act as the main contact for clients and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Lead and coach Team Leads.
  • Work with Quality Managers to keep the work accurate.
  • Track output, accuracy and turnaround time, and fix problems quickly.

What you need to apply

  • At least 7 years of experience, including 4 or more years leading teams.
  • Experience running complex, high-volume projects.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Comfort making decisions based on data and performance numbers.
  • Experience with annotation, data labeling, AI training, RLHF, SFT or model evaluation is preferred.

Who can apply

The role is open worldwide, so you can apply from any country, as no country restriction is stated. You need a minimum of 7 years of experience.

My tip

Prepare a short example of a time you led a team through a tight deadline, since fast delivery is central to this role. We also suggest checking that the 7am-4pm PST working hours fit your time zone before you apply.
