What you will do
- Design realistic software engineering tasks based on real work, such as changing large codebases or designing systems.
- Write clear task proposals that explain why each task is realistic, how it is checked and why it is hard for current AI models.
- Write reference solutions, tests and precise criteria that show what good work looks like.
- Judge code written by AI coding agents and by engineers, noting where the AI succeeds or fails.
- Improve your submitted work based on structured feedback from senior reviewers.
What you need to apply
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong command of at least one major language, such as Python, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript or Rust.
- Experience with system design, testing, debugging and code review.
- Excellent written English and a Bachelor's degree from an English-speaking country.
