What you will do

• Review sample questions to ensure they sound like real veterans and families
• Write rubrics for correct answers on eligibility, enrollment, and priority groups
• Cover care coordination, community care, and access to care in your guides
• Evaluate AI answers against your rubrics and flag errors or outdated guidance
• Share clear written feedback with the team while working asynchronously

What you need to apply

• 1+ years of experience in VA health care enrollment, eligibility, or care coordination
• Working knowledge of priority groups, income and means testing, and community care
• Ability to start quickly and commit 20 to 30 hours per week
• Clear and precise writing skills
