Are you ready to support AI experts worldwide on SME Careers by SuperAnnotate? You will help contractors with applications, onboarding, and payments on a freelance contract. This hybrid role pays between BDT 35,000 and 50,000 per month.
What you will do
- Assist applicants and contractors using Slack, Discord, and support tools
- Resolve issues and coordinate with Talent, Engineering, and Finance teams
- Monitor project progress and contractor capacity
- Identify recurring problems and update FAQs, templates, or SOPs
- Maintain clean issue tracking and handover notes
What you need to apply
- 1 to 3 years of experience in support, community, or operations
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Comfort managing workstreams in spreadsheets, Slack, Discord, or Jira
- Ability to work 5 days a week on a rotating roster
