Do you love board games and strategy? Turing is hiring Board Game Reasoning Experts to train next-generation AI models. You will work remotely on a full-time contract for 2 months to help artificial intelligence improve its strategic thinking.
What you will do
- Create and review game-based reasoning tasks for AI systems
- Analyze board game scenarios and strategic decision trees
- Evaluate AI outputs for logical errors and reasoning quality
- Develop prompts, rubrics, and evaluation guidelines
What you need to apply
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field like Computer Science or Mathematics
- 2+ years of experience in board game design, playtesting, or strategy environments
- Strong understanding of logic, game mechanics, and complex rule systems
- Excellent written communication skills
Who can apply
This contractor assignment is open worldwide with no country restrictions stated. You must commit to at least 4 hours per day and 20 hours per week.
