What you will do
- Review code and solutions generated by an AI system to check quality and good practices
- Help solve hard Go coding problems that come up while validating AI output
- Plan the development cycle, set priorities, goals and deadlines
- Give clear, constructive feedback on teammates' code and guide them
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve the AI system and connect it with other parts
What you need to apply
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer
- Strong knowledge of Go and software development best practices
- Proven ability to lead, ideally managing a group of software engineers
- Excellent written and spoken English
