- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in Java syntax, conventions, and web app development
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week with 4 hours of PST overlap
