Finance & Accounting Expert

In short

This is a freelance, project-based role for finance and accounting experts who work fully remotely. You would help build realistic tasks that test how well AI systems handle real finance work, and the pay is 40 to 90 USD per hour. It may suit you if you have years of hands-on accounting or finance experience and want to use that knowledge in a new way.

What you will do

• Write multi-step finance and accounting tasks based on real work, such as FP&A, financial reporting, audit steps and reconciliations.
• Prepare the files each task needs, such as spreadsheets, ledger extracts, financial statements and policy documents.
• Set clear grading rules so that two qualified reviewers would reach the same verdict on the same output.
• Flag any task that is unclear or impossible to grade, instead of sending it in anyway.

What you need to apply

• At least 5 years of hands-on work in FP&A, financial reporting, audit, reconciliations or accounting, where you owned the work yourself.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to reason across several documents at the same time.
• Strong written English, at B2 advanced or C1 level.
