What you will do
- Compare two AI-generated answers to the same prompt and decide which one is better.
- Read the input files and each model's reasoning to guide your judgment.
- Explain in writing why one answer is stronger, looking at legal accuracy, sound reasoning, and whether it is ready for a client.
- Give written feedback that the research team uses to improve how the models behave.
- Take part in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions.
What you need to apply
- A J.D., LL.B., LL.M., or an equivalent law degree, or equivalent professional legal experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience practicing or researching law, for example in a law firm, in-house, in government, or in the judiciary.
- Strong skills in legal research and legal writing, including case-law analysis.
- Excellent written communication and close attention to detail.
