Mercor is recruiting for a leading AI research lab that builds clinical AI systems. You would help improve AI-powered prior authorisation workflows by checking medication-related answers for accuracy and safety. If you have worked as a pharmacy technician, this remote freelance role lets you use your medication knowledge in healthcare AI.

What you will do

• Answer medication questions using patient details, source documents, and labelling guidelines.
• Check AI-written answers for accuracy, safety, clarity, completeness, and whether they are backed by evidence.
• Fix wrong or incomplete answers and write structured notes and feedback.
• Flag cases with weak evidence, conflicting guidance, unclear patient context, or safety concerns.
• Follow project rules and quality standards, and join calibration and feedback sessions.

What you need to apply

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential, or equivalent pharmacy technician experience.
• Hands-on experience with medications, prescriptions, pharmacy operations, and prior authorisation.
• Strong grasp of medication safety, drug interactions, and pharmacy best practice.
• Clear written communication and careful attention to detail.
• Availability for 30 or 40 hours per week during the project.
