What you will do
- Guide teams to improve AI model performance in synthetic chemistry and reaction mechanisms.
- Design challenging chemistry tasks, benchmarks, and training data with accurate solutions.
- Evaluate AI model outputs and diagnose errors in chemical logic and factual accuracy.
- Develop specifications and grading rubrics for chemistry data produced by external teams.
- Advise on experimental design and the chemical validity of model outputs.
What you need to apply
- Hold a PhD in chemistry or a closely related discipline.
- Have at least 3 years of hands-on chemistry experience at a recognized organization.
- Bring practical experience in small-molecule synthesis and compound characterization.
- Engage reliably for at least 20 hours per week during weekdays.
