Help build foundational AI models for science as a Drug Discovery Specialist, Pharmacology and ADME/Tox on Mercor. This remote, part-time role pays 70 to 100 USD per hour and offers a great way to shape advanced technology if you have the required science background.

What you will do

• Guide engineering teams to improve AI model performance in pharmacology and ADME/Tox
• Design challenging drug discovery tasks, benchmarks and training data
• Evaluate AI model outputs and diagnose errors in scientific logic and factual accuracy
• Advise on assay design, quality control and experimental failure modes

What you need to apply

• PhD in pharmacology, toxicology, DMPK, biochemistry or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in early-to-mid stage drug discovery or pharmacology
• Hands-on experience analyzing experimental drug discovery data
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays
