What you will do

- Design challenging biology tasks, benchmarks, and training data with accurate solutions
- Evaluate AI model outputs and judge biological feasibility with written technical feedback
- Develop specifications and grading rubrics for biology data as the domain authority
What you need to apply
- PhD in molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, genomics, synthetic biology, biochemistry, or a closely related discipline
- Recent, hands-on bench or computational experience with workflows like PCR, molecular cloning, CRISPR, or sequence analysis
- Comfortable using scientific software and AI tools with no coding required
- Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours per week during weekdays
