In short
You would join a leading AI lab's GenAI team as a senior pharmaceutical R&D expert, helping AI models reason better about real drug development work. This full-time role suits people with a PhD and years of hands-on drug research behind them. Your practical know-how is the core of the job.
What you will do
- Review drug development tasks and AI answers, spotting weak reasoning and claims that lack support.
- Write instruction specs and model answers that show what a correct solution looks like for drug discovery problems.
- Design hard pharmaceutical tasks and test sets that show whether the model is improving.
- Work with client researchers to keep standards consistent and turn expert judgment into clear criteria.
What you need to apply
- A PhD or PharmD in a pharmaceutically relevant field, or an MD with real drug development experience.
- 4 years of pharmaceutical or biotech R&D experience, with a clear move into senior roles.
- Deep specialization in at least one stage of the drug pipeline.
- Hands-on use of large language models and strong written communication.
Who can apply
Open to residents of the US who can work on site. The role is full time and hybrid, with 10 openings.
My tip
Lead with concrete drug development projects you owned, and show how you checked answers for scientific accuracy. We suggest mentioning any peer-reviewed papers or patents, since the posting values them.
