In short
You would work with an AI lab that builds AI tools for drug discovery. Your preclinical R&D experience with ADC or bispecific antibody programs would help guide what these tools learn. It may suit scientists who have moved drug projects toward the clinic and want to see how AI is changing medicine research.
What you will do
- Review technical documents and real R&D data from ADC and/or bispecific programs.
- Label, classify and annotate scientific data and AI model outputs so the models perform better.
- Share your expert view on key choices such as target and modality selection, optimization, trade-offs and risk.
- Help set the structure and quality standards for the client's dataset pipeline.
- Take part in expert discussions, interviews and research projects.
What you need to apply
- Hands-on preclinical R&D experience at a company that develops its own drug assets and has taken programs to the clinic.
- Direct experience with ADCs and/or bispecific or multispecific antibodies.
- Work in a core R&D area such as discovery biology, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology or toxicology.
- At least 5 years of relevant industry R&D experience.
Who can apply
The role is open worldwide, with no country restriction stated, so you can apply from anywhere. You need at least 5 years of experience, and the posting lists 5 openings.
My tip
We suggest you name one drug program you helped take from the lab toward the clinic and explain your exact role in it. Clear examples of your ADC or bispecific work will show you fit this role.
