What you will do

• Design and test conversational prompts using your own personal experiences
• Evaluate model responses for accuracy, grounding, and helpfulness
• Compare two model responses side-by-side and rank them
• Write clear rationales and maintain strict data hygiene by deleting evaluation chats

What you need to apply

• Turkish proficiency for reading and writing
• Willingness to use your primary personal Google account and enable data sources
• Commitment of at least 4 hours per day and minimum 30 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST
• Desktop or laptop with a good internet connection
