Mercor is looking for Vietnamese linguistic experts to help improve an AI language model. You would check how well the model writes and understands Vietnamese, then help make it better. This may suit you if you read and write Vietnamese very well and enjoy careful work with words, whether you are new to remote work or already experienced.
What you will do
- Check how accurate and natural the Vietnamese text made by the AI is, for jobs such as translation, summary, chat and grammar correction.
- Edit or rewrite Vietnamese text so it sounds right and fits the language and culture.
- Label Vietnamese text by its grammar, sentence structure and meaning.
- Find the mistakes and gaps in the model, then work with AI researchers on fixes.
- Write clear feedback that helps guide the next rounds of training.
What you need to apply
- Native or near-native Vietnamese, with a strong grip on grammar and style.
- At least 1 year of work in translation, editing, text labeling or language data in Vietnamese.
- A good eye for small errors and text that sounds unnatural.
- Clear written communication, and comfort working with a remote team.
Who can apply
The role is open to people from anywhere in the world, as no country restriction is stated. It is a remote freelance contract paid at 30 USD per hour, with 2 openings.
