What you will do

• Complete a structured online survey that takes about 30 minutes.
• Describe the patient care and clinical operations you see in real life.
• Give feedback on workflows, patient communication, documentation, staffing, and technology use.
• Point out daily operational problems and ways outpatient care could improve.
• Share your view on how AI tools could help clinicians and care teams in the future.

What you need to apply

• Work now in an ambulatory, outpatient, urgent care, or community-based setting, with direct patient care.
• Hold a clinical role such as NP, PA, physician, RN, care manager, or care coordinator.
• Hold an MD or a nursing credential.
• Be comfortable finishing a structured survey on your own.
