Critical Care Physician
- Pay: $200 / hour
- Contract: Contract
- Who can apply: United States

In short
You would review answers from AI tools to critical care questions, using de-identified patient charts to check them. The work is remote, part-time and flexible, and it suits doctors who already treat critically ill patients and want to shape how medical AI is judged.
What you will do
- Check AI answers to critical care questions for accuracy, safety and fit with current medical standards.
- Compare the AI answers against the patient chart and choose the stronger of two responses.
- Write clear, structured notes explaining your judgment on clinical rigor, completeness and clarity.
- Point out any error that could put a patient at risk.
What you need to apply
- An MD degree (DO holders are also welcome, per the posting's wording).
- Board certification in Critical Care Medicine from a recognized US board.
- An active, unrestricted US medical license.
- At least 1 year of independent practice after training, with 3+ years of post-training experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written communication and close attention to detail.
Who can apply
Only residents of the US can apply. You need an MD and at least 1 year of independent practice after training.
My tip
Have your license details, board certification and training history ready before you apply, because the team verifies credentials during onboarding. We also suggest preparing a short story of your background and motivations for the 25-minute interview.
