What you will do
- Compare two AI answers to the same prompt and choose the better one.
- Read the provided files and the model's reasoning to guide your choice.
- Explain in writing why one answer is stronger, looking at medical accuracy, safety, and quality of reasoning.
- Give written feedback that the research team uses to improve how the models behave.
- Join onboarding and specialty calibration sessions.
What you need to apply
- A PHD, or an equivalent advanced clinical or biomedical degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in clinical practice, medical research, or a biomedical specialty.
- Confidence applying current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine.
- Excellent written communication and a strong eye for detail.
