In short
Mercor is looking for healthcare professionals to help test AI assistants on realistic medical work tasks. If you are a nurse, doctor, pharmacist or therapist, you already know what good care looks like, and that knowledge is exactly what this role needs. It is a remote freelance job with about 10 hours a week and flexible hours.
What you will do
- Write short, realistic requests, the way a real user would type them.
- Guide the AI assistant through the task, answer its questions, and correct it when it gets things wrong.
- Rate the assistant's work and its final output against a professional standard.
- Write brief notes explaining what went well and what did not.
What you need to apply
- A licence or active practice as a healthcare professional, such as nurse, physician, pharmacist or therapist. An active licence is preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a clinical or healthcare role.
- Regular or occasional use of AI assistants.
- Clear written English.
