What you will do
- Read patient records, including clinical notes and structured FHIR data.
- Check whether the clinical details and claims in a record are backed up by the chart.
- Review inpatient notes such as admission histories, past medical history, assessments and treatment plans.
- Spot missing, wrong or inconsistent details, and send feedback that helps improve AI models.
What you need to apply
- An MD degree.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Recent inpatient or hospitalist work, ideally within the last 2 years.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written guidelines the same way every time.
