What you will do
- Review pediatric hospital records, including clinical notes and FHIR data, to help train AI systems.
- Check whether the clinical information and claims in each record are supported by the chart.
- Find missing, incorrect, or inconsistent details, such as weight-based dosing and age-appropriate information.
- Share feedback to improve AI models and data quality, and tell the project team what you find.
What you need to apply
- An MD degree.
- At least 5 years of hospitalist experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow clear guidelines in the same way every time.
- Recent inpatient pediatric hospitalist work, within the last 2 years, is preferred.
