Mercor is looking for Turkish linguistic experts to help test and improve an AI language model. You would check how well the model writes and understands Turkish, then give feedback so it gets better. What you will do
- Check whether Turkish text written by an AI model is accurate and natural, for tasks like translation, summaries, dialogue and grammar fixes.
- Edit or rewrite Turkish text so it fits proper language and cultural norms.
- Label Turkish text by its grammar, sentence structure and meaning.
- Spot the model's mistakes and gaps in its Turkish, and work with AI researchers on fixes.
- Write clear, detailed linguistic feedback to guide the next rounds of training.
What you need to apply
- Native or near-native Turkish, with a strong grasp of grammar, sentence structure and style.
- Fluent English.
- Professional experience in translation, editing, language labeling or language data work in Turkish.
- Good sense of regional differences and how words fit different contexts.
- Strong attention to detail, and clear written communication for remote teams.
