What you will do

• Create high-quality Russian prompts and model answers across multiple domains
• Detect unsafe content, factual errors, and biases in AI responses
• Provide precise written feedback in English on language quality

What you need to apply

• 3+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related fields
• Native or near-native Russian proficiency in reading and writing
• Strong professional proficiency in English with a minimum C1 level
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
