- Find where the model makes mistakes or has language gaps, and work with AI researchers on fixes.
- Write clear, detailed feedback that guides the next rounds of training.
What you need to apply
- Native or near-native Russian, with strong grammar and style.
- Professional experience in translation, editing, language annotation or language data work in Russian.
- A good sense of regional differences and how word choice changes with context.
- A sharp eye for detail and clear written communication for remote teams.
- Interest in AI and language technology is welcome but not required.
